We are a full service firm offering"on premise" catering in the Continental Ballroom and in our Small Banquet Room, which are both private facilities. We strive to personalize every event to our client's specifications. Our prices are based on a per guest cost, which includes the use of our beautiful ballroom, tables, chairs, linen covered host table, buffet table, gift or registration table, cake or dessert table, setup, cleanup and catering. The Continental Ballroom is used for all types of events: wedding receptions, anniversaries, class reunions, award banquets, proms, seminars, and holiday parties.

Facility Facts

We maintain a smoke-free environment in our banquet rooms. The Continental Ballroom accommodates up to 350 guests on round tables with a dance floor.

There is a $4,900.00 food and beverage minimum (alcohol not included) requirement for a Saturday event (April thru December) and a $2,900.00 food and beverage minimum (alcohol not included) for a Friday evening and Sunday event (April thru December) at the Continental Ballroom. January thru March Saturday events require a minimum of 100 guests.

 
Reserving Your Date

Upon verbally stating your event date and confirming availability of that date, we will hold this date for seven days. After seven days if we have not received your signed contract and deposit, you will forfeit that date.

Rozzi's Catering allows 7 1/2 total hours for your event:
Two (2) hours for deliveries and any additional decorating beyond what Rozzi's Catering provides. Most of our hosts/hostesses simply drop off the items they would like displayed and Rozzi's Catering takes care of the decorating for you. This allows you to enjoy your day and just "show up" at the event.

Five (5)
hours for your event, beginning when first guest arrives.
30 minutes for removal of gifts, centerpieces and your decorating items.
Additional time will be billed at $200.00 per 30 minutes.

Deposits
A $500.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at contract signing to secure a date. This deposit will be subtracted from your final bill.
 
Payments
Final payment is due eight days before your event. Payment may be made by check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or cash. Returned checks will be assessed a service fee of $35.00. All prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
 
Sales Tax and Gratuity
Sales tax of 6% will be added to the final bill.  Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer.
 
Damage Deposit
A separate damage deposit of $250.00 is required when you make the final payment. This deposit is refundable, if upon inspection after the event, no excessive clean up is required and the facility has sustained no damage beyond normal use. If damage is greater than the deposit, the renting party will be held responsible and billed for any additional repairs.

Catering for the Ballroom

Rozzi's Catering is the sole caterer for all events. No outside food or beverage (besides the wedding cake) will be permitted on the premises. The price per guest is not for an all you can eat buffet. Rozzi's Catering provides generous portions for your guests, but only prepares so many pieces per person. Please keep in mind the time of day in which you schedule your event when deciding on your menu. If you would like your guests to return to the buffet, please talk with your event coordinator for additional pricing. Prices are subject to change depending on market prices and date of event.

 
Room Decorations

Rozzi's Catering provides either white, ivory, or black square tablecloths and linen napkins for your event. Round or colored tablecloths and a range of color napkins are an additional charge. Rozzi's Catering can provide centerpieces in assorted styles for an additional 10.00 per table. Please ask your event coordinator about these items.

 
Menus
Menus are available from our Special Events Consultants. These are suggested menus only. We can custom design a menu to meet your taste from butler passed appetizers to a full service sit down meal. The menu prices are subject to change without notice. If you are having an open house and would like for food to be left on the buffet table longer than our standard time, an additional fee will be assessed for this service in order for us to comply with board of health regulations. Please ask your event consultant about these charges. Rozzi's Catering offers a Tasting Party twice a year for our contracted clients. This gives you the opportunity to sample our food and the hospitality. You will be notified by formal invitation.
 
Alcohol
Rozzi's Catering provides all alcohol for your event. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be served and outside alcohol cannot be brought into the facility. Any violators will be asked to leave.
 
Wedding Cakes

Rozzi's Catering will make every attempt to create the Wedding Cake of your dreams. We make our own butter crème icing to design your cake. Pricing varies with design. Most standard designs are priced at $2.20 per person. The price increases if your design is very detailed or requires extra time or items to create. Your wedding cake may be brought in from another source for a $75.00 cake cutting and plating fee. If Rozzi's Catering does not create your wedding cake, we have the right to post a disclaimer on the cake table.
