One of the things I appreciated most was the time Jennifer and Jo Ann put into planning fantastic meals that fit within our budget. They took into account that the conference had a tight schedule and so they designed a serving plan that ran like clock work. They paid attention to the population’s likes and dislikes. They also welcomed special needs.
